Responsibilities

- Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office
- Organise files, schedules, and appointments to support team members effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow
Experience
- Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry
- Demonstrated clerical experience, showcasing attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Strong phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with clients and colleagues
