Administrator

Leonards Croft is looking to recruit an Administrator to join the team. This is a part-time job working 20 hours per week.

Leonards Croft is located in Stafford. We provide residential support for eight males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability, or both. The service is off a busy main road, around 15 minutes from the town centre.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and to support the wellbeing of our residents. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.

You will also:
  • Provide efficient, professional administrative and secretarial support within the home.
  • Manage documents, reports, calls, diaries, payroll, service user finances, petty cash, recruitment, and visitor reception.
  • Handle internal and external enquiries, prioritising and redirecting as needed to maintain high service standards.

Flexible hours across Monday - Friday, previous admin experience within a care setting would be an advantage.
