ADMINISTRATOR – Permanent position, based in Tamworth.
We are looking for someone to work within our site department.
The applicant must be very well organised and accurate to carry out the following:
- They must have a good knowledge of working in Microsoft Excel to price up large contracts.
- Check timesheets and fitters hours using Navman software and transferring this information to create new jobs and update spreadsheets.
- Liaise with the electrical and workshop administrators for any cross reference jobs.
- Produce job reports
- Place orders for materials and hiring machinery
- Match up paper copies of orders, delivery notes and invoices
- Good communication skills to liaise with customers and suppliers
- Carry out general admin and office duties
Hour – 8am to 4.30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
