Join the Anthem Tuition Team – Front of House & Admin Assistant (Part-Time)
Anthem Tuition is more than just a music school - we’re a creative community where young people grow in confidence through music. Since 2012, founders Rachel and Adam Atkins have built Anthem around one mission: to help every student shine as a musician and performer.
We’re now on the lookout for two friendly, organised and proactive team members to take on a shared Admin and Front of House role, helping us keep things running smoothly and students feeling welcome.
Role 1: Monday–Wednesday Assistant
Hours:
- Monday: 3:45pm – 8:45pm
- Tuesday: 3:45pm – 8:45pm
- Wednesday: 3:45pm – 8:45pm
Total: 15 hours per week
Role 2: Thursday–Saturday Assistant
Hours:
- Thursday: 3:45pm – 8:45pm
- Friday: 3:45pm – 8:45pm
- Saturday: 8:45am – 4:45pm
Total: 18 hours per week
What You’ll Do
Admin & Scheduling
- Schedule lessons and update students and teachers
- Use our management software to track lessons, reschedules and payments
- Provide general admin support to keep things running smoothly
Front of House Duties
- Greet and welcome students and families with a warm, professional attitude
- Follow our ‘Student Exit Policy’ to safely hand over students
- Open and lock the building/teaching rooms
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the building, including the bathroom
- Ensure learning spaces are tidy, well-stocked, and welcoming
Team Support
- Help coordinate our amazing teachers and timetables
- Assist with events and student concerts
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Strong communication (written and verbal)
- Super organised and able to multitask
- Great with people – warm, friendly, confident and fun
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable with basic IT and admin tools (training provided)
- Quick problem-solver with a proactive attitude
- Reliable and positive team player
Bonus Points for:
- A driving licence and access to a car
- Experience working with children or in schools/music settings
- Staying calm under pressure in a busy environment
