Account Executive
Leeds (Hybrid: Tuesday–Thursday in‑office)
Full-time, 37.5 hrs/week • £24-£26k dep on exp + Bonus + 9‑Day Fortnight Option

What you’ll do
Client service & support
- Support the day-to-day delivery of client campaigns, staying on top of the detail.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
- Organise and prepare meetings, making sure materials and logistics are all sorted.
- Track campaign progress and ensure smooth communication across all parties.
- Manage key admin tasks including job numbers, POs, and status updates.
- Work closely with Account Managers to deliver work on time and on budget.
Project coordination
- Keep WIP updates current to support capacity planning and delivery.
- Complete contact and status reports accurately and on schedule.
- Help manage timelines, budget tracking, and job bag completion.
- Proofread work to ensure professional, error-free output.
- Save and archive all work correctly for easy future access.
Commercial awareness
- Assist with quotes and invoicing to ensure value for money.
- Ensure all jobs are supported by the correct POs.
- Keep your timesheets updated regularly to help maintain account profitability.
What we’re looking for
- We would you like you to have some experience in an similar role, either agency, account executive or a placement year in similar.
- A natural organiser who thrives on getting the detail right.
- Someone confident juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
- A team player who’s proactive, eager to learn, and brings energy to the role.
- Ideally, some experience in a creative or marketing environment – but attitude matters more than titles.
