We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Junior Account Associate to join our fast-paced, growing team in Colchester. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is early in their career but eager to develop core skills in account management, sales, and leadership.
You’ll play a hands-on role in managing client relationships, supporting strategic growth, and learning how to drive performance across key accounts. With full support and mentoring, this is an ideal pathway into management for someone who thrives in a commercial, client-facing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts with a strong focus on service and retention
- Building trusted relationships with clients by understanding their goals and delivering value
- Working closely with the sales team to uncover upsell opportunities and support growth
- Attending client meetings, presenting insights, and contributing to account strategy
- Assisting senior leadership with planning and execution across the wider account portfolio

- Some experience in a customer-facing, sales, or account support role
