We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in administrative tasks. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient office operations and supporting our clients with their account needs. Responsibilities
 Manage and maintain customer account information in internal systems

 Process sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices accurately and on time

 Track shipments and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries

 Respond to client inquiries and resolve account-related issues professionally

 Support the sales team with account setup, pricing updates, and contract management

 Maintain inventory records and work with the warehouse team to ensure stock accuracy

 Reconcile account discrepancies with clients and internal departments

 Prepare regular reports on account activity, outstanding balances, and order status

 Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

 Assist in onboarding new clients and providing ongoing administrative support

Minimum 3 years of experience in an account administration, sales admin, or office support role

 Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years (minimum)

Valid UK driving licence (required for occasional travel or deliveries)

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Strong attention to detail and time management
