We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Manage and maintain customer account information in internal systems
Process sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices accurately and on time
Track shipments and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries
Respond to client inquiries and resolve account-related issues professionally
Support the sales team with account setup, pricing updates, and contract management
Maintain inventory records and work with the warehouse team to ensure stock accuracy
Reconcile account discrepancies with clients and internal departments
Prepare regular reports on account activity, outstanding balances, and order status
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Assist in onboarding new clients and providing ongoing administrative support
- Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in an account administration, sales admin, or office support role
Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years (minimum)
Valid UK driving licence (required for occasional travel or deliveries)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
