Role Overview
Location: Remote
Type: Internship (2 days/week)
Reports to: Production Manager
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Platform Delivery Intern to support our weekly content uploads and metadata management for third-party platforms like Zoop, Truvid, MRSS, Yoola, and Soul.
This is a flexible internship—ideal for a student or entry-level candidate looking to gain hands-on experience in digital media distribution. You’ll be responsible for assisting with content prep, metadata accuracy, file delivery, and status tracking.
What You’ll Do
- Support weekly video deliveries to 3rd-party platforms
- Organize, rename, and format assets according to platform specs
- Input and verify metadata (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, etc.)
- Assist with troubleshooting failed uploads or delivery issues
- Maintain delivery trackers and report completion status
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic familiarity with digital video formats and platforms (a plus)
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox)
- Self-motivated and reliable — able to manage a regular weekly task independently
- Interest in media, content, or digital operations
Time Commitment
- 2 days per week
- Flexible: Part-time across multiple days(Tuesday,Thursday)

Contract length: 5 weeks
Pay: £190.00 per month
