Youth Club Leader Wanted – Join Newport Youth Club This September!
Are you passionate about working with young people? Ready to make a real difference in your community? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and engaging Youth Club Leader to join our team at Newport Youth Club from September 2025!
When: Thursdays, 6:30–8:00pm (term time only)
With plans to grow to a second evening each week
What we’re looking for:
A brilliant communicator who genuinely enjoys working with young people aged 8+
A great team player with energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of humour
Someone organised and reliable, who can plan engaging sessions and activities
A solid understanding of safeguarding (you’ll receive compulsory annual training each September)
Willingness to complete a DBS check – we’ll arrange and pay for this
First aid training provided if you don’t already have it

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1.5 per week
