Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Yard Operative to join our team. This role requires a combination of physical labour and the ability to work well within a team and engage well with customers in a busy setting.
Duties
- Loading and unloading lorries
- Delivery of goods
- Serving Customers
- Keeping the yard and stores as tidy as possible
Requirements
- Previous experience in the building supplies or construction sector is advantageous but not essential.
- Full UK Driving License is essential
- Minimum of Two References must be provided (Upon Request)
- Forklift Truck experience is desirable
- HGV License is desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
