Bluestone is a leading supplier of premium-quality kitchen and commercial worktops, proudly working on prestigious projects across the UK. We are currently seeking a Worktop Machinist / Bench Hand Joiner to join our skilled team in our Kendal-based joinery shop.
You’ll be working with a range of materials, including timber and solid surface materials such as Corian, delivering high-quality, detailed joinery and fabrication work. The role involves operating woodworking machinery (e.g., spindle moulders, panel saws) and using hand tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Working in our Worktop Division on the Mintsfeet Industrial Estate
- Producing the Finest Kitchen Worktops for the most prestigious Projects
- Manufacture bespoke worktops to exact specifications
- Work from manufacturing drawings to complete projects from start to finish
- Operate woodworking machinery, including panel saws and spindle moulders
- Use hand tools including routers, belt sanders, and orbital sanders
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and is free of errors
- Work independently and meet production deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
