Must be from a Motor Technician background the Workshop Controller will be expected to manage work flows in the workshop and be able to identify the repair and service needs for each job and match to the most suitably qualified Technician. The individual must be a good people person and be able to manage the workshop team to achieve the expected hours through the workshop whilst delivering the highest level of workmanship from the team. An ability to communicate with the front of house team and directly with some customers is important as is providing timely submission of information and feedback when required.
