```Job Summary```
We are seeking a Paint sprayer to join our joinery workshop. As a Paint sprayer , you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, priming and finishing Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be crucial in ensuring high-quality paint finishes.
Experience in painting windows, doors and furniture is required, along with glazing and beading works once complete
```Duties```
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and priming
- Mask off areas that are not to be painted
- Paint and apply it to surfaces using spray equipment
- Clean and maintain painting equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Installing glazed units
- Cutting glazing beads and cleaning items
- drivers license preferred for occasional deliveries and collections
- some site installation work will be required
```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain painting equipment
- Proficiency in using power tools such as sanders and spray guns
- Familiarity with hand tools for surface preparation
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
Our workshop works on a 9 day fortnight system, hours are 7:00-16:30 Mon-Fri with (5:00pm finish on Thursday/Friday) and have every other Friday off.
