If you're looking for some extra money or a part time job?
We're looking for a part time Kitchen Porter to join our team up. The hours are 3 to 4 5 hours shifts per week, 5pm - 10pm approximately. You will work alongside a colleague throughout your shift to assist in loading the dishwasher, preparing plates & cutlery & keeping the kitchen clean. A free meal will be provided along with a share of any tips.
Experience is desirable however full training will be given.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
- Organise and store ingredients and supplies
- Dispose of bins and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Skills:
- Previous experience in a hospitality, hotel, or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to lift large pots, pans and trays into the dishwasher.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
