We’re a busy, farm-to-fork café serving homemade, seasonal food with a smile. We’re proud of our warm, welcoming atmosphere — and our Café Assistants are right at the heart of that.
We’re looking for a reliable, friendly person to join our Front of House team. You’ll help us deliver great service by greeting guests, taking orders, making drinks, and keeping the café running smoothly. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we support each other and always put the customer first.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and taking orders at the till
- Serving food and drinks to tables with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Making hot drinks and helping in the barista area
- Clearing tables and keeping the café clean and presentable
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen and your teammates
- Supporting the flow of service — jumping in where needed
- Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Someone who’s friendly, approachable, and confident with people
- A calm head in a busy environment
- A strong team player who’s happy to muck in wherever needed
- Experience in hospitality is helpful but not essential — we’ll show you the ropes
