Utilitech Limited is seeking dedicated Site Operatives to join our team. In this role, you will focus on repairing and renewing water assets, ensuring safe and efficient maintenance within the water utilities sector. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow reasonable instructions and requests from the Site Supervisor and management team.
- Carry out repairs and renewals of water assets, including cleaning water towers and reservoirs.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly regarding health and safety, quality, and the environment.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment by wearing full PPE at all times.
- Conduct yourself professionally, demonstrating respect and integrity.
- Perform general construction and maintenance tasks as directed by supervision.
- Align with company and client expectations regarding working hours; obtain prior approval for any changes.
- Report all health, safety, and environmental incidents to management immediately.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- utility experience
- Manual handling skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Experience in water utilities or related fields.
- EUSR Water Hygiene Card (training provided).
- Certificate in Confined Spaces (training provided).
- Certificate in Manual Handling (training provided).
- A positive and conscientious attitude towards work.
- Self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks independently.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces safely, following training.
- Strong ability to follow instructions and accept personal responsibility.
- Initiative in Health & Safety matters with timely reporting.
- Good driving skills; driving will be monitored and tracked.
- Willingness to attend training courses as required.
- Flexibility to travel and work away from home when necessary.
- Full driving license required.

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
