- Daily supervision of a small team of operatives and agency staff in the department
- Ensure all staff are involved in the success of the operation through continual feedback and positive communication
- Prioritise warehouse duties to ensure that the productivity levels and deadlines are achieved
- To ensure that the areas of operational responsibility run in line with plans and are completed on schedule to the standards required by the company and the customer
- Logistics Team Leader experience in a fast-moving environment
- Strong warehouse system experience (WMS)
- Leadership qualities including the ability to enthuse and motivate
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
