We are currently seeking Warehouse Operatives for long-term opportunities with one of our trusted logistics clients in the Ellesmere Port area. This is an excellent role for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, with clear progression and full training available.
Pay & Shifts
- £12.21 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Shift Pattern: Rotating Days – Monday to Friday
- 6am – 2pm
- 2pm – 10pm
Note: Pay rates are currently under review, with updates expected shortly.

Role Overview
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for helping to move, process, and dispatch goods accurately and efficiently. The role involves both independent tasks and team collaboration.
Key Duties:
- Loading and unloading trailers and pallets
- Moving stock using mechanical handling equipment (PPTs/LLOPs – training provided)
- Picking and preparing orders
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
- Following site processes and performance targets

- Comfortable with physical work and working to targets
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
