Appointment: Warehouse Operative
Location: Parklife Inverkeithing - Fulfilment Centre
Position: Permanent
A varied role which will be an integral part of the fulfilment team within Bella & Duke. Distributing our orders efficiently and effectively to our customers.
Your Role:
- Assemble customer supplies according to packing specifications.
- Check the quality of packed orders.
- Locate over-stocks, enabling efficient compiling of customer orders.
- Keep the warehouse safe, clean and tidy.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies.e with the DPD drivers when collecting shipments and ensure that manifests are printed punctually and correctly.
- Be prepared to assist with other departments in the warehouse as and when required.
Sunday- Thursday 0600-1400
Requirements:
- Appetite for supporting colleagues.
- Positive ‘can do’ and hardworking approach to work.
- Physically fit to meet the demands of a warehouse environment.
- Comfortable working to strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
- Recognising the necessity of adhering to deadlines
Your ideal attributes:
- Prior experience in working in a high-volume processing environment.
- Experienced in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG).
- Great reading comprehension along with good writing skills.
- Forklift experience will be an advantage, but not essential to the role.
