Job summary:
As a member of our Warehouse Administration team working in logistics operations and reporting to Team Leaders you will be responsible for the following key tasks.
- Meet all drivers, inbound and outbound; explain site rules, confirm reference number for collecting/delivering load. Secure keys.
- Confirm with loader/team leader which bay then instruct driver to that bay.
- Manage all paperwork both UK and INTL, place seal on vehicles, take picture of Seal and upload all information into Cargowise.
- Maintain up to date BRCGS folder.
- Raise shipments along with the relevant Cartage Advice, requesting assistance from Customer Services when required and label where relevant.
- Ensure all daily work is printed and received.
- Contact hauliers each morning to confirm number of deliveries.
- Support the warehouse operation as required.
- Assist with fire alarm testing.
- Update Bookings with pickup and delivery times for all Inbound and Outbound loads.
- Updating inbound loads with delivery information and auto rating costs for invoicing.
- Checking loads have been finalised by the warehouse team (inbound and outbound) and raising with TL’s if not.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,600.00 per year
