We’re a London-based bicycle distribution company, and we're seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Coordinator to help manage our operations and contribute to our continued success.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for warehouse coordination, stock counts, packing and dispatching orders, and more. If you have experience working in a warehouse environment, strong Excel skills, and a keen interest in cycling, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth logistics.
- Conduct stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Pack and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring everything is organized and on time.
- Use Excel to track and manage stock levels, deliveries, and other warehouse-related tasks.
- Occasionally drive to deliver goods (valid UK driving license required).
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous warehouse experience, with a proven ability to work independently.
- Strong written and spoken English, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, stock management, reporting).
- A quick learner who can adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Able to work efficiently in a small team with minimal supervision.
- A passion for bicycles or an interest in the cycling industry is a big plus!
