The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for supporting the warehouse leadership team by generating picking activities through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Key Responsibilities
- Generate internal warehouse activities via the Warehouse Management System (WMS), as instructed by the warehouse leadership team
- Support all administrative and warehouse operations, including picking
- Liaise with the internal Despatch and Stock Control teams
- Uphold service standards and continuously improve work processes
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to company Health and Safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by all staff, including van drivers
- Perform any other reasonable tasks as required
About you
- Preferred experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Experienced in similar Warehouse roles utilising a WMS system
- Demonstrated ability as a team player with a positive attitude
- Known for excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Capable of working independently, planning own workload effectively
- Proven flexibility and adaptability in various warehouse environments
- Ability to seamlessly adjust to changing work demands and priorities
- Demonstrated aptitude for thriving in dynamic work settings
- Known for embracing new challenges with resilience and versatility
- Desirable forklift license
