Job Opportunity: Night Support Worker

This is a part time opportunity, 2 shifts (18 hours) worked over a 7 day rota, WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED.
Must have experience working within a residential care service with complex needs.
Shift pattern is 10pm to 7am.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients with various aspects of their daily lives. This encompasses personal care, grocery shopping, bill management, accompanying them to medical appointments, facilitating access to the local community, and much more. Every day is unique, and you'll discover new experiences with each shift. As a Support Worker, you will build meaningful relationships with our clients, becoming a dependable and trusted companion, exemplifying kindness and care, and actively participating in their personal growth and daily life.

We offer an extensive two-week new starter training program for all new applicants, coupled with ongoing learning opportunities for our existing staff members.
Training Details:
To ensure that you are fully equipped for your role, participation in our training program is a fundamental requirement. You should be prepared to attend the ten-day ( two business weeks) training, which will be conducted at our Head Office in Nuneaton.
Please note we do not not have a Sponsorship License, unfortunately we are unable to offer secondary 20 hours employment due to our mandatory training which is full time for 2 weeks.

Pay: £12.61-£13.11 per hour
