Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Aspire Supported Accommodation, where we assist vulnerable young individuals. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to those in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role involves promoting independence and delivering high-quality support within a residential setting.
Duties
- - Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the young person's quality of life.
- - Administer first aid as needed and ensure the safety of the service user at all times.
- - Maintain accurate records of the service user's progress and report any changes in health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
- - Previous experience in senior care, assisted living, childcare, or hospice care is preferred.
- - Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
- - Certification in first aid is highly desirable.
- - Excellent communication skills and a caring attitude toward clients.
- - Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
