At My Support My Way, we provide safe, empowering supported accommodation for care leavers aged 16–25. We’re looking for a Bank Wake Night Support Worker to help ensure our homes remain safe, supportive, and welcoming throughout the night. We are looking for a 0 hrs Bank Wake Night Support Worker to help cover staff absences.
About the role
As a Bank Wake Night Support Worker, you’ll be the reassuring and reliable presence for young people overnight. Your role will include:
- Monitoring the safety and wellbeing of residents during the night
- Responding calmly to any emergencies or incidents
- Offering support and reassurance to young people who may struggle with sleep, anxiety, or personal challenges
- Completing nightly records, handovers, and routine checks to ensure consistency and safety
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Every night will bring opportunities to make a meaningful difference – whether it’s providing a listening ear to a young person in distress, ensuring safety procedures are followed, or supporting the team with important handover information.
