Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated watress / Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve serving drinks, preparing food, and maintaining the bar area to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Manage stock levels by monitoring inventory and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Basic culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is beneficial.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively.

Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 42 per week
