Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, including pastries and light snacks.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
- Continuously learn about new products and techniques to enhance customer experience.
Skills
- Proficient in food preparation techniques with an understanding of food safety practices.
