Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing attentive service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, presenting menus and answering questions about the menu items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly to tables.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring sanitation standards are met.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the kitchen environment.
