Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
- Provide information about menu items, including daily specials and catering options.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain an organised workspace, including cleaning tables and resetting them for the next guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in catering or barista roles is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments.
