Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring that all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that presentation meets our high standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring that all details are executed flawlessly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
- Provide support in other areas of the restaurant as required, including barista duties or assisting with food preparation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members alike.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in catering or barista roles would be advantageous but is not essential.

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
