*Position Overview:*
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our Front of House team on a temporary basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, support restaurant operations, and potentially secure a permanent position based on performance.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanour.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring a high standard of presentation.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a positive and solution-oriented manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
*Qualifications:*
- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
