Bodega 18 Falmouth is looking for an experienced waiter/waitress to join our team!
We’re a tapas bar specialising in exciting small plates who take pride in delivering exceptional service in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
About the Role:
- Hours: 20-25 hours per week, with additional shifts available during school holidays and peak seasons, in particular over the Christmas period.
- Shifts: Must be available for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. Late finishes (up to midnight) required – please ensure you can get home safely at these times.
- Experience: At least one year in a similar role is essential.
- Progression: We’re looking for someone open to training as a key holder/supervisor to support the management team when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Taking orders and liaising with the kitchen.
- Having a strong knowledge of the food and drinks menu to assist guests.
- Warmly welcoming and seating customers.
- Handling bookings and managing the booking system.
- Daily cleaning and weekly deep cleaning.
- Making drinks and running food.
