Waiter/Waitress – Bicester Village

We are now seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters to join our team at Bicester Village. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring joy to every cup and create memorable moments for our guests.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages and food options to the highest standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and allergen procedures
- Support stock control, replenishment, and visual presentation of the café area
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a barista or waiter role within a premium or high-volume environment
- A passion for coffee, tea, and delivering outstanding service
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
