Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Volunteers to join our email advice team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to contribute their skills and time to support our aims & principles. Volunteers will engage in various activities that promote our organisation's goals while gaining valuable experience in a collaborative environment assisting clients with their problems.
Duties .
- Engage with the community by providing information about our services and programmes.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
- Communicate effectively with team members and the public, demonstrating excellent written skills.
- Provide general office support as needed, contributing to a well-organised working environment.
- Flexibility in availability, with a willingness to commit time regularly (1 day per week).
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Experience
- IT skills required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A friendly demeanour with the ability to engage positively with diverse groups of people.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
