About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Voids Supervisor to join our team, overseeing the turnaround of empty social housing properties across Brent, Barnet, and Camden.
You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of void works from inspection to handover—ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and ready for new tenants quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate void works across multiple properties
- Carry out pre- and post-void inspections and specify required works
- Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Manage operatives and subcontractors on-site
- Monitor compliance with health & safety and company policies
- Work closely with housing officers, planners, and admin teams
- Manage materials, van stock, and ensure cost control
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience supervising void or responsive repairs in social housing
- Strong understanding of building maintenance, void standards, and compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines effectively
- Full UK driving license (essential)
- IT literate – able to use work management systems and basic reporting tools
- Trade background or technical qualification (preferred)
