Due to our continued success Strawberry Fields Farm shop has an exciting opportunity for a Gift Shop Visual Merchandiser to work alongside our award-winning and fast-paced team. We are a family-run business with a strong ethos for quality food and delivering memorable customer service.
The Gifting Department is a small operational team. We are looking for that special individual that can work off their own initiative, have a key eye in creative detail, a strong knowledge of retail trends who can also deliver merchandise tasks in a fast paced retail environment.
Are you passionate about your products? Do you love chatting to customers and helping them find just the thing they’re looking for? We are looking for someone to offer exceptional customer service and maintain our beautiful displays in our gift shop. You must be a confident communicator with a hands-on approach- experience in merchandising. You will be unpacking deliveries, pricing stock, and maintaining displays to the required standard (with a splash of personal flare thrown in!)
Creativity and a can do attitude is a must. This position will be working closely the department Manger - Full flexibility is required to work any 5 days out of 7 each week.
We are looking for :
- Key experience in Visual Merchandising is desirable
- Implementing and maintaining high visual standards across the store to brand guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative eye and attention to detail.
- Ability to respond to commercial challenges quickly and effectively
- The ability to work on your own or as part of a team using your own initiative.
-Flexibility across the farm shop will be required during peak trading times-this includes covering the tills
