What we are looking for
- You've completed a Fashion degree ( any level or specialisation - including recent graduates welcome)
- With or without previous experience in Visual Merchandising - strong natural ability to style customers across all ages and aesthetics will help
- A strong flair for visual storytelling, colour coordination, and creating eye-catching displays
- Strong instincts for commerciality - you understand how to drive sales through strategic product placement
- Experience and confidence in up-selling and implementing complex, layered sales strategies
- Creative capability to design and execute window displays in direct relation with customers profile that draw traffic, spark curiosity, and amplify our seasonal collections and campaigns.
- Skills in merchandising collections in a way that makes customers stop, explore, and engage with the product we have.
- A can do attitude, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit
Your Responsibilities
- Design and implement window and in-store displays that reflect our brand identity and provoke customer interest
- Style mannequins and key looks in line with trends and commercial goals
- Merchandise product stories to create visual flow and shopper curiosity
- Work loosely with the sales team and manager to adapt layouts based on products performance and customer behaviour
- Inspire the team with styling direction and elevate the store's visual language
- Utilise design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and Adobe Illustrator to create detailed visual plans and presentations.
- Effectively communicate ideas and concepts to team members, ensuring clarity in execution of visual merchandising projects.
