The Role
As a Barback, you will:
- Support the bar team in delivering seamless and efficient service.
- Prepare and restock bar stations with ice, glassware, garnishes, and spirits.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the bar throughout service.
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, and cellar management.
- Collect and polish glassware to ensure bar readiness at all times.
- Work closely with bartenders and managers to anticipate needs during busy periods.

About You
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture.
You will have:
- Some experience in hospitality or F&B environments (preferred, not essential).
- A proactive and reliable work ethic.
- A strong team-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to manage stock, deliveries, and fast-paced shifts.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late nights.
Key Responsibilities
Restock and organise bar stations before, during, and after service.
Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating deliveries.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, including floors, counters, and back-of-house areas.
- Support bartenders with ice, garnishes, glassware, and product prep.
- Collect empty glassware and return polished items to service.
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols.
