Exciting Opportunity for a Visitor and Events Assistant
We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join our well-established team at our headquarters in Seaham, County Durham. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and managing the company’s welcoming suite, creating a warm, professional experience for visitors and clients. This is a varied role working alongside marketing and the commercial team to arrange and attend events and supporting HR with early career activities.

Key Responsibilities
The primary focus of this role is to ensure that visitors have a warm Prima welcome and an exceptional hosting experience. It is key that everyone has a positive experience whilst visiting the company. You will also support reception duties, departmental administration and event support, organising meetings and set up for the Co-CEOs.
Responsibilities will include:
Visitor Management - Welcome visitors, clients, and new starters.
Support HR with induction activities.
Prepare and presenting food and drinks.
Assisting the marketing team with organising events and trade days as well as attending.
Providing overflow administration support to departments.
Supporting career events/open days, internally and externally.
Essential Requirements:
- IT Skills – Outlook systems.
- Presentation skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Methodical approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and able to manage relationships.
- Minimum Level 3 in Math’s and English, relevant experience may be considered as
- alternative.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal and personable/professional telephone manner.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience in hospitality.
- Familiarity with event planning/coordination.
- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation etiquette.
- Experience supporting Marketing or HR initiatives/employee events.
