We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take a central role in crafting and delivering enterprise-wide initiatives that make a real difference for our customers and our business.
Sitting at the intersection of Commercial, Marketing, and Technology, you’ll move ideas from concept to execution: finding opportunities, testing hypotheses, securing investment, and scaling solutions across our digital channels and customer journeys.
This is a high-profile role where you’ll need to combine commercial thinking, technical understanding, and stakeholder leadership to ensure we’re making the right bets and getting maximum value from our investments.
What you’ll be doing
- Partner with Commercial & Marketing teams to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Define problem statements, build business cases, and secure funding from senior investment committees.
- Manage and prioritise a product backlog to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Work with architects and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Stress-test propositions, challenge assumptions, and simplify complexity for senior stakeholders.
- Oversee delivery from experimentation to full-scale adoption, ensuring outcomes are achieved.
- Keep a joined-up view of customer journeys across multiple channels (app, web, retail, comms, contact centres, and more).

The must havesIn order to be considered, you will have the following experience;
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale product capabilities, particularly across digital channels.
- Strong commercial acumen — able to build business cases, quantify value, and secure investment.
- Experience working between business and technical teams, translating requirements and aligning outcomes.
- Outstanding stakeholder leadership skills — comfortable influencing and challenging senior leaders.
We'd also love you to bring;
- Experience presenting to and gaining approval from Exec or Investment Committees.
- Background in delivering omnichannel customer journeys across multiple touchpoints.
