We are looking for a confident, friendly, approachable, presentable and reliable person to carry out property viewings in and around the Fareham area.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct property viewings with potential buyers providing them with detailed information about the property and its features.
-Answer questions confidently and generate business from prospective clients.
-Liaise with the office team to relay feedback from viewings.
Requirements:
-A valid UK driving license and access to a car.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-A keen eye for detail and proactive attitude
-Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule
-A genuine interest in the property market
-Flexibility to work weekdays (optional)
