  • Greet visitors and help onboard new starters by setting up desks, equipment, and welcome materials.
  • Coordinate with building management, couriers, and vendors as needed.
  • Support in organizing team lunches, events, and occasional after-hours sessions.

  • Co-ordinate with the Editorial department to assist in prepping timelines and screening room setup for client reviews and showreel screenings.
  • Assist with the transfer, management, and organization of digital assets between departments, servers, and external partners.
  • Help set up, configure, and maintain artist workstations and peripherals.
  • Provide first-line technical assistance to artists and production staff, escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • A genuine interest in the VFX, animation, or film industry.
  • Basic technical knowledge of operating systems (Linux/macOS/Windows), file structures, and IT setups.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and dependable with a can-do attitude.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and available for on-site work in central London, Monday to Friday.
