We’re a purpose-led production company creating uplifting, emotionally resonant content—from music videos and animated album artwork to engaging social media content that inspire and generate revenue for global aid.
We’re looking for a creative and highly polished multidisciplinary Motion Graphics + VFX Designer with strong 3D and compositing skills to join our team in London. You’ll help bring powerful visual stories to life using motion design, VFX, AI tools, and editing. You have a natural sense of wonder and curiosity and love doing new things. Remote at first then in-person in North West London.
What you’ll do:
- Design motion graphics for music, social, and narrative content
- Create 3D environments, forms, and stylised animations
- Edit and composite sequences with strong pacing and emotional impact
- Use AI tools (e.g. Runway, Midjourney, Kaiber, Kling, Higgsfield etc) to elevate your work not replace it
- Collaborate across a small, ambitious team of directors and artists
What you bring:
- Proficiency in After Effects, Adobe CC, Blender, Unreal Engine
- Experience in editing, compositing, and 3D animation
- Passion for storytelling, visuals that uplift, and a purpose-driven mission
- Proficient with AI image/video tools including character continuity and deep fake (non-destructive content, of course)
- Based in or near London, willing to work hybrid with move to on-site
