As a Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment and vehicles.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of machinery and vehicles to identify issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake repairs, and tyre rotations.
- Use hand tools and power tools to carry out repairs and replacements as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in the workshop or on-site.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A relevant qualification in mechanics or automotive technology is advantageous but not essential.
