Job Title: Vehicle Damage Appraisal Specialist
Reporting To: Bodyshop Supervisor
Role Summary:
This position involves accurately estimating repair costs for insurance providers and clients, ensuring vehicle repairs are completed efficiently and profitably. It requires independent assessment capabilities, with support available to assist junior team members when needed.
Technical Skills:
Specific technical expertise will be discussed and finalized in consultation with your manager or team leader.
Additional Responsibilities:
Due to organizational size and complexity, you may be assigned other reasonable duties within your expertise by senior management.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary up to £46,000 (OTE), including site bonuses, based on experience and qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and current or previous ATA accreditation are required.
- Experience with Audatex and Autoflow systems is preferred.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.
