You will plan and deliver engaging sessions to Adult learners, focused on the skills required for employment as a Barber. This role would suit someone with experience in Barbering. A teaching qualification is desirable, though support will be provided for the right candidate to achieve one.

- Drying and finishing Men's hair
- Cutting men's hair
- Facial cutting techniques
- Outlines and detailing in Men's hair
- Plan and deliver high-quality teaching on the barbering course.
- Monitor learner progress, support achievement, and encourage progression into further training or employment.
- Keep up to date with developments in the barbering industry.
- Ensure adherence to SGS's Quality Management systems, safeguarding responsibilities, and health and safety practices
- Industry experience in Barbering.
- A teaching or assessor qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Excellent communication skills and a learner-focused attitude.
- Passionate about the future of the construction industry.
