Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, with the ability to engage customers and provide them with tailored product recommendations. This role requires a strong understanding of vaping products and trends, as well as the ability to upsell and promote various items effectively. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting vaping products that meet their needs.
- Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and usage.
- Demonstrate effective upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and ensuring cleanliness.
- Handle transactions accurately using basic maths skills for cash handling.
- Address customer inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when taking calls.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting stock checks as needed.

Experience
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities (especially in Spanish) are advantageous.
- Basic maths proficiency for handling transactions and inventory management.
- A genuine interest in vaping culture and products will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
