We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who understands B2B software and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a UX/UI Designer with a strong background in enterprise-grade B2B software, who can translate technical capabilities into elegant, user-focused design. You’ll be responsible for crafting modern, usable interfaces that drive adoption and usability across web and industrial platforms.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can benchmark quickly, work with Material UI (MUI) design systems, and prototype fast without compromising detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design of our core platform and new features
- Benchmark leading B2B software platforms for usability, layout, and patterns
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on design concepts in collaboration with product and engineering teams
- Follow and expand upon Material UI (MUI) design guidelines to ensure visual consistency
- Work closely with developers to hand off production-ready designs
- Create wireframes, mockups, and final UI assets that align with user needs and product goals
- Design for data-rich dashboards, workflows, and industrial interfaces
- Apply feedback loops to refine designs based on user insights and analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design for B2B enterprise software
- Proficiency in Figma
- Hands-on experience using or designing within the MUI (Material UI) framework and Vega components
- Strong knowledge of benchmarking techniques for usability and interface efficiency
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly across teams
- Bonus: Experience designing products that involve video based products
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Temp to perm, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £22,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
