About the Role

  • User-Centred Design & Research: Conduct user research, gather insights, and create personas to ensure designs meet user needs and Correla SaaS objectives
  • Design and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to deliver intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences.
  • Collaboration Across Correla SaaS: Work closely with Engineering, Product and Business Development teams to translate requirements into user-friendly interfaces.
  • Design System & Accessibility Standards: Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and adherence to best practices across all SaaS products.
  • Continuous Improvement & User Testing: Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and iterate designs to improve engagement, adoption, and overall user experience.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment across multiple teams and projects, while upholding a high level of UI/UX standards and maintaining a keen attention to detail.

About You

  • User Experience (UX) Expertise: Strong and in-depth understanding of UX principles, research methodologies, and usability best practices
  • AI-Assisted Design & Automation: Ability to leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate wireframing, prototyping, and user research, enhancing efficiency and innovation.
  • UI Design & Visual Aesthetics: Proficiency in designing clean, modern interfaces that enhance user interaction and Correla's brand consistency
  • Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, translating technical and product requirements into user-focused designs
  • Design System & Accessibility Knowledge: Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG)
  • Agile & Iterative Product Development: Experience working in Agile environments, iterating based on user feedback and product roadmaps
