Summary
We are looking for a reliable Service Driver to support our digging teams across Suffolk. The role involves in loading and delivering barriers, signs, and other essential materials to verious sites.
You ll play a key role in keeping operations running on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform deliveries of utility equipment and supplies to designated locations.
- Assist in loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding service needs.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
- Support warehouse operations as needed, including organizing inventory.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
